The all-knowing boy

Once upon a time, there was a boy who was born knowing almost everything. School was useless for him; he already knew all that was taught there, and so was secondary school and university. His parents still thought that it would be a good idea to send him to school to socialize. One day, one of his friends told him,

“I know one thing you don’t know!”

“What?” asked the intelligent boy, but the other one didn’t reply. He thought and thought, he consulted his parents, the internet, but none had the answer. After a long week, he asked again to the boy that had told him that he didn’t know something what was that thing he didn’t know.

“Please tell me what I don’t know,” he pleaded.

“You don’t know how to learn. If someone invented a new language, you wouldn’t be able to learn it, if you committed a mistake, you wouldn’t be able to learn from it. I’ve noticed that when someone invents a new game, you never take place, because you don’t understand it, you can’t learn it. You are perfect, you can’t get better, but life’s about getting better and learning from mistakes.” The all-knowing boy walked away knowing that even though he’ll be successful in life, at the same time he would never live.

June 18th

When you dream twice of a person he or she goes to sleep thinking of you? I hope so. Because I dreamt of him, last night and two nights ago. But I better tell you what I’ve been up to.

I went to the cinema to see the most boring film of all. It was the 16th. It was called ‘The best of our lives’.  It was in French, and I went with my best friend, her boyfriend and her sister. they snogged for 36 minutes, and then she fell asleep in her arms. It was then I wished Martin had come with us. But he didn’t. And I felt so lonely. I feel so lonely.

Yasterday nothing happened, and today either, but as I told you before, it’s the second time I dreamt of him. And he was so in love in my dreams! It was just heaven! Wonderland! But then dreams are always like that. A whole world invented my oneself to cure the pains of the day. Which brings me to what my enemy told me, and it really hurt:

“Ugh you girls are UGLIER than my great-grandfather’s feet

Plus you SMELL of rotten seashell

It’s obvious  that you NERVER bathe

And you LIVE studying

You do NOT they HAVE CABLE almost NEVER use the computer and that do they do all day??

AND they think themselves THE BEST

but they do not realize that are different to all

and physically disabled

But now I’m strong and I DON’T care what she or he thinks. It’s a sad way to end the day… but I have no choice. Hopefully someone will love me someday, in spite my ugliness.

How many would agree an enemy is the best thing that happened to them? I’m sure almost no-one. But it is. An enemy forms you, shows what kind of person your friends are. Still not agree?

An enemy can be a secret one, or not, but it’s still and enemy, and it will almost certainly make you feel aweful. But if you can make all those comment just slide off, and ignore them, then that enemy forms you. It will make you strong, it will prepare you for what is to come, good or bad. It will make you realise who you are: a strong, and smart person, or a weak and meek one.

It will also show you what kind of friends you have. Friends who defend you, or friends who would just ignore that enemy and try to get farther from you. If you have the first kind of friends, you’ll be happy you have that enemy, but if you have the second kind, you won’t be so happy, but the truth, isn’t always a coloured rainbow. It can sometimes be black as the night.

So, in my personal opinion, enemies are the best things of life.
